Order Information

Shipping

We ship our cooling units FedEx Ground. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours. Any units larger than 10 cubic feet will be shipped truck freight to a business or closest terminal for pick up.

Warranty

All cooling units have a 3 year warranty. This applies only to the cooling unit and not the controls or any other part of the refrigerator. There is a 90 day labor warranty on cooling units if the unit has been correctly installed (with foam sealer that is provided).

  • The labor reimbursement breakdown is as follows…
    • Side x side Dometic units – 5 hours @ $85 per hour
    • 4 door Norcolds & RM1350 Dometics – 4 hours @ $85 per hour
    • 10 cubic ft and under refrigerators – 3 hours @ $85 per hour

Core Policy

We don’t have a core charge but we want our core units back. We can supply a return shipping tag and bill you up front for the shipping. Core returns are not required on new units.
